She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carter (Bob) and Amy Carter (Marks); her husband Booney Ezra Weekley; and her siblings, Neva Kendall William Hubert and Nelma Wimer.
She is survived by: her children, Dwane (Nancy) of Grantsville, WV, David (Christie) of North Carolina and Brenda (Jim) of Ohio. She is also survived by three Granddaughters, and six Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc.-Grantsville Chapel (107 Market St, Grantsville, WV 26147). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
