He is survived by: his father Donnie Dean of Duck, WV.; his wife Chrystal Gail Reip (White); his half-brother Christopher Dean; Nickolas Reip (Morgan Smith), HayLee Reip (JC McKay), Hannah Johnson (Jarrod Stutler) and Daniel Smith.
