She is survived by: her children, James T. "Tom" McDonald, Jr. (Carol) of Green Spring and Cindy L. Middleton of Green Spring; her grandchildren, Tina M. Gerlack (Vernon), Jason E. Doughty, Amanda N. Hartman and James T. "Tommy" McDonald, III (Kristie); and her great grandchildren, Jason Doughty, Jr., Jayden Gerlack, Kaylee Gerlack, Sawyer Summerfield, Silas Summerfield and Aubree McDonald. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
