She was predeceased by: her parents, Jearl Curt Bender and Velma Bender Jordan (Cowger); her stepfather Edward "Jink" Jordan; her siblings, Herbert, Ervin David, Edward Bender and Mary Mills; and her son-in-law James Whitt.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Pugh, Jr.; her grandchildren, James Whitt, Jr., Christian Whitt, Cherokee Whitt, Jake Gibson, Skylar Gibson and Saphire Allen; her stepgranddaughter Katie Riffle; her stepgreat-granddaughter Bryleigh Riffle; her siblings, Ernie, Marvin, Andrew Bender, Linda Mayle, Connie Clark, Renita Crowe, Joan Williams and Desta Harvey; her stepbrothers, Randall and Rodney; her close friend Linda Gum; her son-in-law Jason Whitt; and also, Hannah Pugh, Robert Allen of Elkins, April Pugh, Melanie Riffle of Buckhannon, Sue, Crystal Moran, Nola Yamamoto, Elizabeth Springer and Heidi Gum.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dodd & Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
