He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Deborah Adkins (Terry); his grandsons, Terry Adkins II and Chad Adkins (Tess); his great grandchildren, Daxton, Coen and Zealan; his stepsons, Dale R. Hager (Tabitha) and Todd Hager (Melinda); his stepgrandchildren, Dallen, Ashton and Madison Hager; and his siblings, Glenna Roush, Sharon Lovely and Charles Monk (Debbie).
