He was predeceased by : his parents, Barbara Elkins and Carl Elkins. He is survived by : his wife Joanna; and his daughters, Jessica Balestra (Brad) and Rachel Elkins (Zach Johnston).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Lincoln County High School Football Program. Donations can be mailed to Lincoln County High School or dropped off at the main office.
