He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Rose Marie Pack; his brother Rodney Lee Pack; his daughter Amanda Gail Pack; his brother-in-law Kirby Franklin LeMaster; and his close friends, Oceanna Heartwell and Dodie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jenetta LeMaster of Hamlin, WV, Denetta Lyons (Kelly) of Denver and David Pack (Linda Chapman) of Apple Grove, WV; and his son Elisha Skeens of Branchland, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephew & cousins.
