She is survived by: her children, Dexter Jude Jr. (Lynn), Deborah Ann Fortner (Jan Michael) and Amy Dawn Jude; her grandchildren, Joshua Jude (Elizabeth), Daniel Jude, Michael Fortner, Derek, Jimmy Blair, Jana Fortner (Jay Belcher), Amanda Fortner and Jaela Jude; her great grandchildren, Ben Jude and Chloe Jude; her siblings, Ethel "Patty" Jude, Joe Lefler (Valerie) and Chris Lefler (Amberly); her siblings-in-law, Roberta Lefler, Naomi Jude Harrison, Martha Adkins (Bo), Jesse Jude and Denny Jude; her nieces, Stella Perry, Alice Ritchie, Tammy Birchfield, Jeanette Jude and Anna Underwood; her grandson Josh; and her nephews, Jackie Jude and Sonny Jude Jr. Mable.
