He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Earl of Hanover, WV and Timmy Shawn Lowe of Hanover, WV; his brothers, Quintin Lowe (Karen) of Woodlawn, VA and Roger Lowe (June) of Limestone, TN; his sister-in-law Joy Gail Steele (Robert) of Hanover, WV; his grandson Gregory Scott Lowe of Bencreek, WV; his wife's children, Keith Trent and Jenny Alger; his close friend Shawn Toler (Pokey) of Delbarton, WV; and his pet Taco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
