It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Abigail Lee Kerns of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Norma and Ralph Fisher; and her brother-in-law Martin Joseph Kerns, III. She is survived by: her parents, Ralph Fisher (Jenni) and Kathy Christoph (Chuck); her husband Jesse Kerns, Sr. of Harpers Ferry; her children, Leah Williams-Kerns (Adrian), Kasey Connelly and Jesse Kerns Jr. (Trinity); her grandchildren, Kayden, Oaklynn, Khaleesi, Renlee Sue, Mariana Lynn and Cameron; her brothers, Jesse Andrew Fisher (Danielle), Jacob Fisher (Angela) and Geordan Fisher (Katie); her parents-in-law, Martin Kerns, Jr., Catherine Kerns and Garnet Vanmeter; and her siblings-in-law, Alexandra Gold (Kevin), Alyssa Nichols (David) and Joshua Kerns. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A rosary was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (49 Crosswinds Dr, Charles Town, WV 25414).
