She was predeceased by : her parents, William Allen Duncan and Minnie Pearl Hopkins Duncan; and her brother William M. Duncan. She is survived by : her sister Nancy Popkins (Kenneth) of Harpers Ferry; her nieces, Brenda Woolridge (Alex), Sarah Popkins and Alexis Popkins; her great-nieces, Liliana, Kaeleigh and Emma; her great-nephew Keenan; her aunts, Hazel Parks, Ruth Ennis, Marie Pickles, Louise Visage and Lynn Sadler; and her uncle Boyd Parks, Sr..
