He is survived by: his wife Doris Crouse of Harpers Ferry, WV; his children, Joshua Vance of Ranson, WV, Kimberly Manuel (Michael Manuel) of Sacramento, CA, Michael Vance (Janelle Vance) of Harpers Ferry, WV and Jesse Vance of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Cameron, Lilia, Bella-Faith, Darren Paul, Harper Grace and Morgan Caleb; and his sister Kim Batch of Wilksboro, NC.
