Debra Jewell Wheeler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2025, at the age of 66, Debra Jewell Wheeler of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Debra may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Debra touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley P. Jewell and Rose C. Jewell; and her brother Robert "Bobby" Costello. She is survived by: her son Jason Fogle; her husband Bart Wheeler; her brothers, Michael Jewell and Timothy Jewell; and her friend Debbie.
