He is survived by: his significant other Ada; his daughter Debbie Russell; his grandchildren, Brittany Donlon (Dylan) and Kevin Russell; and his great grandchildren, Jaxx and Axel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
