She is survived by : her parents, Elgia James Myers, Jr. and Angela Theresa Nicholson; her husband Martin Shaffer; her son Shawn Shaffer; her grandchildren, Briana and Damien; her siblings, Gina Collier and Richard McCommon; her stepmother Susan Myers; and her stepsiblings, Larry Stambaugh and Sherry Brighman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
