She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Smith and Hazel Smith of Benwood; her brothers, Dennis and Patrick Smith; and her nephew Sammy Smith.
She is survived by : her husband Joe Ratliff; her daughter Dawn Allen; her son-in-law Patrick Guessford; her grandson Evan Allen of Harpers Ferry; her sisters, Teresa Ann Smith of Benwood, Paula Smith of Benwood and Elizabeth Smith of Benwood; and her grandson Van. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and many dear friends.
