Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
