He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, French Thomas Costello and Anna Pauline Faircloth; his foster parents, William Franklin Bussard and Virginia Elizabeth Bussard; his siblings, Johnny Costello of North Carolina, William Costello of Colorado, Betty Lou Medler of South Carolina, Wanda Lee Finley of Colorado, Joyce Ann Perry and Mary Louise Surrett; his wife Joyce Ann Martin; and his children, Wesley, Charles Pulman, Kate Pulman and Rick.
