He is survived by: his siblings, William Scott Coyle (Sandi) of Charles Town, WV and Anne Wilson Portrey of Charles Town, WV; his niece Ashley Portrey Callinan (Tim) of Annapolis, MD; his nephew Morgan Maxwell Portrey of Charles Town, WV; and his great-nephew Noah Riley Portrey of Charles Town, WV.. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
