He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harper and Pearl Scadden Harper; his son-in-law William White; and his siblings, Wilmer Harper, Jennie Varner and Charlotte Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Faye Moss; his children, Kathleen White (William), Beverly Severns (Bert) of Hartwell, GA, Ronald Harper (Teresa) and Lisa Harper (Malcolm) of Lavonia, GA.; and his grandchildren, Amanda White, Ryan Bunner, Tyler Bunner, Derek Bunner, Valerie Hutson, Kristin Mayhew, Morgan Gatrell, Megan Hinzman, Aaron Hinzman and Zane Hinzman.
