He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbur Dean Perry and Helen Alicia MacLeod Perry; his wife Judi; his brother Richard Perry; and his sister-in-law Alice Perry (Alice Howe).

He is survived by : his daughters, Toby Garlitz (John) and Ana Shackelford (Joe); his granddaughters, Erika, Katrina and Amanda; and his brother-in-law Joseph Howe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
