He is survived by: his wife Carole Deanna Arnett (Tibbs); his children, Erin Snider (Joshua) of Phillippi, WV, Kelly Natalzia of Clarksburg, WV and Steven N. Arnett of Harrisville, WV; his grandchildren, Tyler M. Stout (Jessica) and Tori Montgomery (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Treavey Stout, Waylon Stout and Vivian Montgomery; and his friend John Angiulli.
