She is survived by: her husband Dewey Adkins; her daughter Deborah (Clifford Vance); her grandchildren, Clifford Matthew, Kasandra Vance, Joshua Lee and Patty Vance; and her great grandchildren, Leland Brady Vance, Gentry Lee Vance, Joseph Levi Vance and Lauren MaKayla Vance.
