He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Wiley; his children, Shelia Bolding (Danny), Dorothy Shumate (Jim), Troy Wiley (Tawana) and Philip Wiley (Nettie); his siblings, Della Noll (James), Ona Mae Dalton (Arelie), Johnny Wiley, James Odell Wiley and Bill Wiley; his daughter-in-law Andrea Wiley; his grandchildren, Jeramy, Melissa, Brian, Jimmy, Caiti, Abby, Heather, Philip D., Matthew and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Alexia, Tony, Joseph, Caleb and Chloe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
