He is survived by: his wife Flora Marie Lusk of Harts, WV; his son John Cornette Lusk II of Fountain Hills, AZ; his sister Tee Noggle (William) of Pinehurst, NC; his grandchild Zac Lusk (Isabella) of Surprise, AZ; his great grandchildren, Zoey Lynn of Surprise, AZ, Oakley Ann of Surprise, AZ, Janey Grey of Surprise, AZ and Betty Elliot Lusk of Surprise, AZ; his nieces, Marcia Watts and Andrea Koons; Benny and Ellen Smith of Pickerington, OH. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
