He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Wiley and Hester Nelson Wiley; his wife Violet Wiley; his grandparents, John, Lizzie Nelson Wiley, Hurston and Viola Lovejoy Nelson; and his siblings, Linda Wiley, Bessie Irene Dalton (Clarence "Tag"), Elsie Estep (Herbert), Earnest Wiley (Silva), Jesse Wiley (Rose Mary) and Franklin Wiley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ona Dalton (Arlie) of Harts, Della Noll (James) of Branchland, James Odell Wiley of Harts and Bill Wiley (Becky) of Harts; and his sister-in-law Ann Wiley of Harts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
