He was predeceased by : his parents, Freelin Mullins and Betty Mullins; his in-laws, Eustice and Agnes Jewell Adams; his sister Kathy Vance; his nephew Travis Mullins; and his sister-in-law Samantha Mullins.
He is survived by : his wife Tina Marie Mullins; his daughter Jessica Mullins; his son-in-law Joshua Withrow; his siblings, Michael Mullins (Barb), Jesse-Ray Mullins (Debbie), Freelin Randall Mullins and Earsie Mann; his brother-in-law Gary Adams; and his niece Courtnay Mata.
