He was predeceased by : his parents, Lilburn Lowe and Ora Lowe; his son Paul Rodney Lowe; his grandson Rodney Aaron Lowe; his brothers, Warren Lowe (Sarah) and Emmett Lowe; his brother-in-law Billy Manns; and his grandparents, George, Sarah Lowe, Elza and Laura Riffe.

He is survived by : his wife Patty Evans Lowe; his daughters, Crissy Lowe Musick (C. D.) and Brittani Lowe; his siblings, Sandra Lowe Manns, Ruth Lowe Wade (Tommy), Melve Lowe (Sena), Roy Lowe (Roxy), Eugene Lowe (Dolly) and Carlos Lowe; his grandson Brett Musick (Faith Lollis); and his great grandchild Eli Musick.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
