He is survived by: his children, April Mahon and Thomas; his siblings, Lisa Church, Tenia Church, Craig Church (Janean) and Anthony Church; his grandchildren, Linda "Pinecone" Mahon (Colin Adams), Ashleigh "Pepper" Tomblin (Isaiah), Brooklyn Freeman and Devin Freeman; and his great grandchild Gracey Bailey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
