He is survived by: his mother Bernice "Lee" Carter; his sisters, Jessica Potter (Kevin) of Havaco, WV and April Muncy (Bradley) of Welch, WV; his nieces, Shiann Carter, Bailee Muncy and Addison Muncy; his uncle Ronnie Hamilton of Gary, WV; and his aunts, Jean Overstreet (James) of Gary, WV, Vivian Collins (Ernie) of Gary, WV, Karen Addair of Gary, WV, Diann Bailey (Tony) of Texas and Dean Hatfield (Mike) of Havaco, WV. He is also survived by cousins, countless friends.
