He is survived by : his daughters, Melinda Louise "Mindy" Winston (John) of Hedgesville, WV and Kimberly Denise Locke (Lloyd Allen) of Hedgesville, WV; his grandchildren, Hunter Winston, Levi, Cole and Rose Locke; his sister Louise Josephine Fegel (Justin); and his close friends, Susie Jones and Curtis Wilfong. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
