He is survived by : his wife Lyla Fleegle (Carlisle); his children, Earl Lynn Fleegle, Jr. and Caitlyn Wulzer; and his siblings, Cindy Revell of Pectonville, MD., Beverly Line of Hagerstown, MD., Emery Junior Fleegle of Hancock, MD. and Jim Fleegle of Berkeley Springs, WV.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
