She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon Allen and Ruth; her husband Harry E. Phillips; her son William E. Phillips; her close friend Edra Tafert (Ernie); and her friend Charles W. Hopkins.

She is survived by : her children, April Phillips Kint (Scott), Lillian Phillips, Harry "Tinker" Phillips (Misty) and Philip Phillips. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD, to help offset the cost of services.
