He is survived by : his wife Roxanne Riser (Perrell); his children, Kenneth Wayne Riser, II and Penny Christine Riser; his stepdaughters, Michelle Lemus and Kari Bautz; and his siblings, David Riser and Mary McCarty. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
