He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kent Blake and Charlotte Raye Smith Blake; and his son Kevin Benjamin Blake. He is survived by: his children, Ashleigh Fox (Kyle) of Paden City, WV, Seth Blake (Alex Macleay) of Chesapeake, VA, Bryce Blake (Whitney) of Hedgesville, WV and Samuel Blake of Paden City, WV; his siblings, JoDeen Blake Stanley (Doug) of Chesapeake, VA and Charles Blake (Danielle) of Hedgesville, WV; his grandson Maddyx Fox; and his aunts, Joan Albright and Susie Manley of New Martinsville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
