He is survived by: his children, Marvin Jr. and Jedadiah "Jed" (Christina); his grandchildren, Carleigh, Hayle, Carson and Raeleigh (Joan Thorp); his brothers, Michael "Mike" Ashby, Robert "Bobby" Ashby, Sr. (Debbie) and William "Billy" Ashby (Mary); and his siblings' children, Robert "B. J." Ashby, Jr., Joshua "Josh" Ashby (Ashley) and Renee Ashby.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Backseat Events Center (114 Full House Dr, Winchester, VA 22603).
