She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kotlarsic and Stella Racut Kotlarsic; her husband William Stefanko; her granddaughter April Stefanko; her daughters-in-law, Christine Stefanko and Sharon Stefanko; and her siblings, Dorothy Potocar, Nellie McCann and John Kotlarsic.

She is survived by : her sons, William "Billy" Stefanko, Timothy Stefanko (Janet), David Stefanko and Kenneth Stefanko (Barbara); her grandchildren, Justin Stefanko, Tara Pennington, Siara Wallace, Benjamin Stefanko, Candie Stefanko and Joshua Stefanko; and her siblings, Julius Kotlarsic, Jerome Kotlarsic and Betty Ann McCann. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
