It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Anthony Roach of Hedgesville, West Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Roy Roach of West Virginia and Nancy Anderson of Jacksonville, FL.; his significant other Susan Rickard of Hedgesville, WV; his son Anthony Roach of Vancouver, WA; his sisters, Sheri Roach of Jacksonville, FL, Kimberly Maye (Lee) of Fredericksburg, VA and Tina Hargis (Aaron) of Norfolk, VA; his stepchildren, Amanda Sevigny (Forrest) of Kentucky, Douglas Rickard (Casonya) of Hedgesville, WV and Derek Rickard of Hedgesville, VA; his grandchildren, Ava, Luke, Douglas "Tater" and Caddrick; and his grandparents, Oscar and Ruth Shupp. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
