He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold James Taylor and Muriel Arlene Ramsdell Taylor; and his sister Stacey Taylor of Hagerstown, MD.. He is survived by: his children, Leighann Taylor of Hedgesville, Tracey Taylor of Kearneysville, Stephanie Skaggs of San Antonion, TX. and Steven Van Blargan of Baltimore; his siblings, Sherri Fake and Brent Taylor; his sister-in-law Sally Taylor of Frederick, MD; his brother Craig Taylor of Hedgesville, WV; his nieces, Taylor, Chris, Heather and Jody; his nephew Billy; his close friend James Mason of Falling Waters; Patric Fake of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; thirteen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
