She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas "Pete" Mitchell and Betty Jane Mitchell (Likens); her husband William Belmont "Buckie" Moore III; and her brother Granville D. "Pete" Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Stacy Litchfield (Chuck) of Point Pleasant and Brandon Moore of Henderson; her grandchildren, Kelly Kincaid (Devin) of Point Pleasant and Justin Litchfield (Miranda) of Henderson; her great grandchildren, John Michael Kincaid and Grayson Cole Kincaid; her sisters, Carolyn Wamsley (Robert) of Gallipolis Ferry, Mary Jane Fisher (Charles) of Delaware, OH and Gail Chapman (Dusty) of Gallipolis Ferry; and her sister-in-law Sandra Sue Mitchell of Henderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
