She is survived by: her husband Gary Lynn Beatty; her children, Paul David Lewis, Robert Hill (Danielle), Jeff Lewis (Stephanie), Kimberly Hill, Tammy Jo Watkins and Jennifer Sumpter (Brian); and her siblings, Ricky Lewis, Diana Lewis Jackson (Kenneth), Donna Forge (Cleveland) and Patty Lewis (Dave Smith). She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
