He is survived by : his wife Wanda June Pennington (Carr); his children, Donna Revill of Hepzibah, Larry Pennington (Mary) of Florida, Richard Pennington (Elizabeth) of California and Thomas R. Pennington (Wendy) of Pennsylvania; and his sister Carolyn Sue Carr (David) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
