She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Audia and Theresa Audia; her husband Homer E. Crutchfield; her siblings, Joseph Audia (Gilda) and Flora D'Aquilante (Frank); and her brother-in-law Louis Bordi.
She is survived by: her children, David L. Crutchfield of Bridgeport and Kelley Mascioli (Pat) of Delaware; her grandchildren, Elliott Crutchfield (Greg Pisini), Eric Crutchfield (Samantha), Korey Smith (Tiffany), Kara Smith, Kody Smith (Cecilia) and Kolby Smith (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Luke Crutchfield, Bella Smith, Giana Smith, Bentley Ray and Emerson Smith; her sister Frances Bordi; her close friends, Sheila and Fred Martin; and her cousins, Francie Cunningham and Esther Hawkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
