James Hamrick Obituary
We announce the death of James Hamrick of Hernshaw, West Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 87. James will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Saundra Hamrick (Sandy); his parents, Hazel Hamrick and Elsie Hamrick; his sisters, RuthAnn Christy and Susie Williams; and his grandson Jacob Matthew Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Parsons (Sidney) of Hurricane and Lori Williams (Scott) of Hernshaw; his granddaughter Kaylie Williams of Hernshaw; and his siblings, Jerold Hamrick, Harold Hamrick, Linda Browning, Nancy Lacy, Shirley Juliano and Barbara Keeney. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
