He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gallagher and Dorothy; his wife Margaret Gallagher; his daughter Valerie Gallagher-Ball; and his siblings, Shirley Saladino and Joe Gallagher.
He is survived by: his stepfather Peter Lorenzo Pagano; his son Arthur Gallagher Jr. (Mashell); his grandchildren, Katelyn Gallagher, Amber Gallagher, Felicia Starcher, Chasity Deal (Ben) and Cassidy Gallagher; his great grandchildren, Carter, Ensley, Cayson Deal, Saphera and Delilah Fink; and his siblings, Roseann Hill, Peter Pagano, Jimmy Pagano (Jeannie Durso), Ernest Pagano, Richard Gallagher, Larry Pagano and Mary Kelly. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
