He is survived by: his wife Georgia Dent; his brother Bill Dent; his sons, Robert Dent (Jennifer) of Hewett and Chuck Dent of Hewett; his grandchildren, Jordan, Alex, Paige, Hunter Booth, Chase, Brody Fulton, Charlotte, Raegan, Fletcher, Kimber Dent, Braylon Holstein, Sawyer, Tate Arbaugh, Avery, Kamila Booth and Maverick Fulton; and his nephews, Billy Dent, Eric Dent, Shawn Dent and Victor Elkins.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
