Cook (Heather); and his siblings, Lisa Johnson (Jason) of Akron, OH, Tiffany Rafferty (Phillip) of Clothier, WV, Bobbi Moneypenny (Brian) of Fairmont, WV, Lee Cook of Weston, WV and Shelby Paleth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (852 Old Logan Rd, Logan, WV 25601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
