He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Spencer and Pauline White Spencer; and his brothers, Kyle and Danny Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Dorella Spencer; his children, Carrie and Paul Spencer; his grandson Trentin Spencer (Faith); his great grandchildren, Raelynn and Kylie Spencer; his sister Judy Fowler (family: Brenda Stephens, Connie Ramey, Mary Stevenson); his sister-in-law Betty; and his nephew Brian Dolin (Terry). He is also survived by family, Brenda Stephens (Gary) and family.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Spencer Chapel. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Stevenson/Belcher Cemetery.
