She is survived by: her husband Jackson Clay "Jack" Lantz; her children, Jack Lantz, Jr. (Kay) of High View, WV, Ron Lantz (Rosanna) of Bowden, WV, Darlene Lantz Fansler (Todd) of Thomas, WV, Donna Cornelous of Baltimore, MD, Debbie Howell of Glenn Bernie, MD and Diane Lantz of Davis, WV; her siblings, Jim Kinsey of Alexandria, VA and Sharon Kennedy of Thornburg, VA; and her pet Ozzie.
