She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Payne and Everne Paulette Jennings Payne; her children, Tina Bozzi Jeffers and Steven Lucas; and her brother Steve Payne.

She is survived by: her children, John F. Bozzi, Jr. (Lisa) of High View, WV, Deanna L. Bozzi (Donald W. LaFollette) of Winchester, VA and Dean W. Lucas, Jr. (Amy) of Romney, WV. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
